Overcoming rejection while single will be one decision that you will thank yourself for. This is because you are taking the time to reflect and to move forward with wisdom. I have learned that how you handle rejection will contribute to how you progress in life. Rejection can stop you from achieving your goals or it can be used as fuel to accomplish your goals. Overcoming rejection is a decision and the thought process that you decide to have will determine your next steps. Moving forward is not automatic it takes a conscience effort.
Even though rejection can occur at any age, learning how to move forward from rejection will save you from making future decisions that can hinder you. How we handle rejection that we faced in our environments or relationships will determine the choices that you make later on. When rejection occurs, you want to be able to handle it in a healthy way by not internalizing it and then harboring negative emotions. Overcoming rejections means to acknowledge that it happened, but not allowing it to paralyze you. When you start to equate your value with the rejection is when you need to pause and reflect. As soon as you start to question your worth and how God made you is when the enemy has planted a seed to convince you lies concerning your identity. The reality is that you are a queen and no one can take that from you. The enemy needs to use various ways to detour you from your unique calling and seeing yourself how God sees you. It is his way of using reinforcements because on his own he knows that he cannot defeat God. Even with the avenues that he uses he still cant defeat what God has planned for your life.

As a single, now is the time to start gathering your pearls that the enemy stole from you. We all have faced rejection in different ways. Now is the time for you to take back what was stolen from you. Get up and walk in confidence! Keep those pearls to remember who you are in God and use them to help others by being an example of what it looks like to trust in God and to move forward in confidence.
