Meet Kendra

My name is Kendra and I want to thank you for taking the time to look over Kendra O'Cynthia Life Coaching. I am a mother of three wonderful kids named Keziah, MiKenzie, and Ma'Kai.  This business was birthed out of one of the most difficult seasons of my life. Instead of allowing myself to be consumed in the negative I used it to help others. My pain was preparation to one day help and encourage you. I love to teach, speak, and write and I will use all three to assist you with your goals and to explore who you are. By understanding that your identity in Christ triumphs over all rejection this will keep you grounded and focused. It does take work and being intentional to walk in Godly confidence despite life's disappointments. No we will never have it altogether, but it is beneficial to explore certain areas of your life to get clarity.
